Synopsis:

Dessicated corpses, terror in the canal and a visit to the sinister House of Calvierri – the Doctor takes Amy and Rory for a romantic mini-break, as the Tardis touches down once again.But 16th-century Venice is not as it should be. The city has been sealed to protect it from the Plague, although Rosanna Calvierri may have other plans..

Info and Rumours:

1.The Vampires are not real vampires, they are of alien origin and may resemble fish!

2. Some filming took place in Caerphilly Castle, Llancaiach Fawr and Croatia acts as Venice.

3. The Doctor will use a gondola in this episode.

4.Toby Whithouse told SFX "At one point the Doctor says the word ‘diabetic’. One character is a talking otter. There is an almost painfully beautiful gag about cheese and biscuits. One of those isn't true." And the Doctor won't say "Geronimo." I want the otter bit to be true!

5.Apparently the pre-credits start with the Doctor jumping out of a cake on Rory's stag night.
